If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange it within 14 days of the delivery date. To exchange an item, please follow these steps:
  • Contact our customer service team at (510) 862-6226 or email us at info@goldenmensuits.com to request an exchange authorization number.
  • Pack the item in its original packaging and include the receipt, the exchange authorization number, and a note indicating the reason for the exchange and the new item you want.
  • Ship the package to our address: Golden Men Suits, 1903 Encinal Ave 94501, Alameda, CA.
  • Once we receive your package, we will process your exchange and ship the new item to you.
